I am making this blog post about how you can find amazingly cute things on SALE. You don't need to spend a fortune to look gorgeous, you just have to take the time to look at the sale stuff and think about whether you'll actually wear it, how it will fit on your frame, and if it's worth the money you're putting into it. So definitely shopping on a budget is harder than buying whatever you see and like, but I think it's a much better choice that will lead you to a better future in the long run.
Ruffles can be decent if you're having a fat day, because if you look lumpy, the ruffles will hide the lumps and you'll still have your usual shape to you. Senna Dress $99.95 (was $188) ..
